The scheduling was very accomadating and the sales representative was very courteous and clear upon going over all the details before performing the job! Would not hesitate to use them again. JM Finishing showed up on time and did a masterful job of not just refinishing the tub, but they refinished the the bath surround tile. They also gave me a break on the non-slip application in the tub. Was thoroughly satisfied with their work. The guys doing the job are very professional

The Tech arrive at 8:45 am 15 min early of my appointment he took around 10 minutes to go over in details what he was going to do at the end I was so happy that I couldn’t believe my bathtub was going to look like new. Getting an estimate for service for refinishing my bath tub was simple and easy via email with photos of the tub. They scheduled an appointment time after I accepted the estimate which was about 5 business days. The techs arrived as scheduled and were very professional and easy to talk with. they refinished the tub in less than 2 hours. The tub looks brand new and there was no mess to clean up. They gave us instructions on how to care for the tub. The whole process was stress free and seamless. The quality of the work was excellent. The technicians were extremely professional.

This company refinished a 1992 acrylic soaking tub I had in my master bath. Original color was almond, and I had them spray it white. Totally satisfied with their work. A young guy (Brian?) came out to do the job. Very polite and professional. He answered all my questions, even wiped his feet on the front door mat every time he walked in. Did a nice job prepping the tub, taping off and putting down tarps. He also used an exhaust fan, so stray paint mist and fumes went out the window. It took him about 2.5 hours and when he was finished it looked awesome! (It does smell like paint for about 8 hours, so use a fan and keep a window open. The following day the smell is gone.)

If you're thinking about replacing your tub, save yourself time, money and construction hassles and use these guys instead. I give them five stars!

UPDATE: Approximately six months after I wrote the above review, I recommended these guys to my daughter and son-in-law. They had just moved into their home and needed an old bathtub insert refinished. JM Refinishing came out and once again did an outstanding job! The tub looks brand new and it cost way less money then installation of a new bathtub. I continue to highly recommend JM to anyone who needs their tub refinished!
